Tullio Scovazzi, now retired, was professor of international law in some Italian universities (Parma, Genoa, Milan and Milan-Bicocca). He occasionally participated, as legal expert, in international negotiations and meeting related to the sea, the environment, cultural properties or human rights. He is a member of the Institut de Droit International.
